Daring Greatly

Brené Brown, Ph.D., LMSW

Brené Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work who specializes in vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame. In Daring Greatly, Brené discusses obstacles to wholehearted living and gives ideas for having the courage to "put ourselves out there" and truly be seen.

What did we think?

"We've all felt overwhelmed by shame and fear. It is nice to hear advice from an expert who really understands what it takes to find courage and connection. Her strategies are simple but enormously effective. Everyone should read her books."
