Join us for a series of workshops designed to add joy and fulfillment to your life. Before each class you will receive a brief lesson that highlights an important finding from positive psychology with a few suggestions for activities you can try in your own life. Come to class prepared to discuss what you learned and share your experiences. Class time will be used to ask and answer questions and talk about what worked and how to improve. Each workshop will address a specific piece of Martin Seligman's theory of well-being, so feel free to attend them all or sign up for just those that feel most interesting to you.

Note: it is NOT necessary to purchase or read the book listed.

 Have you heard the news?

This year at the Lentil Festival we'll be at the Parks and Rec booth handing out a quick and easy survey and entering people in a drawing for one of these prizes.
